I am currently a Senior at St. Olaf College, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management and American Studies, with concentrations in Media Studies and Management Studies.

I am an active leader at St. Olaf and have managed progressively more complex events and organizations during my time on campus.

I have had broad exposure to business development and consumer engagement through multiple work experiences, including project management, business operations, social media, marketing, and web development. This past summer, I was an intern for HealthPartners where I managed many projects and developed growth strategy. The previous summer, I was an intern for a Technology Consulting Firm in Cape Town, South Africa, where I helped develop and launch a new Student Global Leadership program.

I am a strong team player, a dedicated and diligent leader, and a creative innovator focused on delivering results.

After graduation, I will be a Project Manager Consultant at Boom Lab. In that role, I hope to exemplify some of the key traits that I find valuable in leaders.

Professionally and personally I don’t have specific long term goals because I hope to be led on a journey. My long term goal is to be in a career in which I am continuously challenged, learning, using my skills, working with a team and leaders that I respect, and making a positive impact on the world. My professional career is only one aspect of the life I want to lead. I want time for family and friends and pursuing interests and passions outside of work.

In the end, I hope that I acknowledge all of my teammates with empathy and optimism. These are two traits that I value personally and professionally. Understand “the human” in everyone allows you to effectively design products for your customers and to lead with understanding even as a peer. Optimism is inspired by the idea of continuous improvement and that is all I hope for in my life. I hope to never say that I have peaked because I hope that each day I am continuing to grow.
